024 – The Benefits of Nattokinase – My interview with Dr. Ralph Holsworth

Nattokinase breaks down fibrin and reduces your risk of cardiovascular concerns.

Dr. Ralph HolsworthIf you are one of the many people who are put on blood thinning drugs, you do have some alternatives. First, do not make changes to your medical program on your own. Work with your doctor. It is possible for your doctor to monitor your blood chemistry to make sure everything is going they way you want. You cannot monitor this on your own.

In this interview, Dr. Holsworth discusses the discovery of nattokinase and how this important enzyme can benefit cardiovascular patients. Nattokinase is an enzyme that breaks down cross linked fibrin. These are the building blocks of blood clots. If blood clots are in your history or if you are on blood thinning drugs then you need to hear this interview. It could change the course of your treatment.

Ideally if nattokinase works well for you, you may be able to reduce or eliminate the blood thinners (with your doctor’s help). If your long term goal is to have
better cardiovascular health and less drugs, then this is one nutrient that can help you achieve that goal.

Nattokinase has also been show to have a beneficial effect onblood pressure. This additionally reduces your cardiac risk.

EnzymesDr. Holsworth introduced the highest quality of nattokinase to the United States and collaborated with Dr. Hiroyuki Sumi with ongoing clinical trials and laboratory research. As a result of their meeting, Drs. Holsworth and Sumi were featured in Japan’s leading business insight magazine “PRESIDENT”. Since then, Dr. Holsworth’s work continues to be featured in several respected national and international publications.

I started on nattokinase but have been experiencing nose bleeds. Would I reduce my dose of nattokinase? Is it most likely due to the nattokinase? Thanks!

Let me be clear I am not a doctor and I certainly cannot evaluate you from the information you provided. Here’s what you could do.
If you are under a doctor’s care and/or are on medication, talk to your doctor.
You can try this:
Stop taking the nattokinase. Do the nose bleeds stop? If not then see your doctor to determine what is going on. It may not be the nattokinase.
If you wish to add nattokinase back into your program, begin with a very modest dose and see what happens. It may be dose dependent.
There are many other factors you should consider when evaluating whether nattokinase is right for you so these suggestions are only the most simplistic.
