How to identify quality hemp CBD producers and products

I have been interested in CBD beginning in 2014. I have followed its evolution into the marketplace. In 45 years as part of the nutritional products industry, I have never witness anything close to the explosion and growth of the hemp and CBD industry. I have done many interviews with experts in the CBD business and these continue to be some of the most downloaded podcasts.

HEMP ROUNDTABLE and US Hemp Authority have single handedly under minded the American Hemp Industry by partnering up with Big Marijuana corporations to pass some of the worst regulatory Hemp laws in the USA. As co founder of the HIA in 1992 and Co writer of the famous legal opinion “Hemp CBD is Legal in All 50 States” back in 2012. Mr Waldstien seems oblivious of the hemp industrys agricultural commodities outlined in the Farm Bill 2018. He seems to endorse and promote a Marijuana big cannabinoid regulations that are destroying the industry in order for big Marijuana to step in.

I would love to have a copy of your 2012 legal opinion. It seems FDA and FTC do have a different opinion. For now it seems like we are stuck with this unresolved problem with the legality of CBD.
