The reality with viruses is that the risks vary greatly from one person to the next. The question becomes what can you do personally to reduce your risk nutritionally? Understand that there is no medical cure for the virus at this time. Many people will not become infected. Many people will become infected and have little to very mild symptoms. This currently seems to be around 80%. 15 to 18% will have serious involvement and 1-4% will die.
The premise and promise of nutrition is that someone who is well nourished will do better than someone who isn’t. Someone who is careful will reduce their personal risk better than someone who is careless. So my best advice is to be careful and be well nourished and support your general and specific immunity.
